The annual yard sale is quick approaching, as always it will be the 2nd Saturday in June. This year will be June,13, 2026, there will be a paper notification placed in your paper box this week. Advertising will include surrounding areas social media, signs placed on the roads leading to the neighborhood. Please watch your mail, in the next couple of weeks there will be a letter sent to each home regarding the recent results of the shed vote. We now have a new Facebook account, please join and you will be approved if you live in Bryarfield subdivision, it is a private page, there will be 3 questions you will need to answer. Good morning Bryarfield, I hope everyone has had a safe winter so far. I am ready for Spring, tired of the cold days and snow. Please be on the 'Look-Out' for a mailing from Bryarfield HOA this week. It is the long awaited voting form in regards to changing our restrictions to allow sheds. Please read it, and follow the instructions. It is very important we have 100% of the neighborhood participation in the voting, whether you are a YES or NO, doesn't matter we just need to participate, your opinion matters. *We have met with the attorney who represents the neighborhood. The main topic was the change in the restrictions to add the ability to have sheds on your property. We have put together the basic guidelines for a shed. We were hoping the vote could be done before cold weather, but looks like it may be awhile. The attorney is working on the process, to be certain the "vote" will be done in the proper way. So hopefully it won't be too much longer, weather permitting we are still planning on door to door in person vote. *Have you noticed the new bright colored signs on the Stop sign post? As of today November 21, there are still several property owners that have not paid the annual $120. This fee is the same every year, due by October 31. Please send your payment ASAP, to avoid the $25 late fee, which will be added on December 1st, for those who still haven't paid. Also, a reminder of the lien that will be placed on your property if not paid by January 1st. Which will be approximately $375 or more to release once it's placed on the property.
