Thank you to the homeowners who attended the annual meeting, this is just a short summary of subjects that were discussed. Adding an amendment to the current by-laws to include allowing sheds. There will be a committee, 3 homeowners volunteered, they will decide on the details of the sheds. Example will include, max size, color, material, placement on the lot, ensure that the sheds will blend in the neighborhood. There will be a vote, it will be done by going door to door with a notary. Per the attorneys advise the signatures of all home owners are to be notarized on the voting ballots. Unlike the vote that occurred in 2022 the ballots will not be mailed. This Saturday will be the neighborhood annual yard sale, June 14th, 8:00 am until ? If it rains we will reschedule for the following Sat. June 21st. It will be listed online thru FB & Nextdoor to the local online sites.There will be signs put up leading to Bryarfield. Hope for good weather & good turn out !

The Bryarfield annual neighborhood yard sale will be Saturday June 14, 2025. As in years past the yard sale is the 2nd Saturday of June. You will be receiving a reminder postcard in the mail in a few days. The event will be posted on several online social platforms, FB, Instagram etc. There will be some signs put around the major roads leading to Bryarfield, the night before. The times will be posted as 8:00 am - 4:00 pm. Hopefully we have a big turn out & the weather will cooperate :) Bryarfield HOA board

This Saturday, June 8th is our neighborhood yard sale. We will put up a few signs around the area, and I will post it social media where I can. Please share on your own social meeting, to help bring in more people to the neighborhood. I hope everyone has a safe & fun summer.

The date is not correct on the most recent newsletter mailed last week. It states the annual yard sale is June 10, 2024, the correct date is June 8th 2024. The neighborhood yard sale is typically the second Saturday in June, which last year in 2023 was the 10th. Hello my Bryarfield neighbors, summer is coming to an end, and fall is around the corner. We will be having our annual HOA meeting on October 4th at 6:30 pm at the High Point located at 435 N. Bardstown Road Ste 10. The annual HOA fee of $120 is due by October 31, you can mail it to PObox 53, Mt. Washington Ky 40047 or pay with a card thru Pay Pal please add a $5.00 processing fee if you choose Pay Pal. Bryarfield neighborhood annual yard-garage sale will be Saturday June 10th. Try to have your things set up early by 8:00 am, hopefully there will be good weather. We have signs that will be placed on the roadways leading into Bryarfield. We will also post the event on several social media sites, including FB & Nextdoor. I hope everyone is having a good & safe summer so far, it’s hot already & we need rain :) Let us know if you see anything around the neighborhood that needs attention. We have someone regularly cleaning up the entrance & the court circles, new landscape will be planted in the late fall.
