- Annual HOA Dues/Fee – Annual HOA fees are due by no later than Oct. 31st of each year, in the amount of $120. All payments can be mailed to: Bryarfield HOA, P.O. Box 53, Mount Washington, KY 40047. Dues run Nov – Oct. of each year. **Beginning Nov. 1, 2018, late fees will be assessed for all annual dues that are not received by the due date of Oct. 31st. Please make out checks, Certified Checks, or Money Orders payable to: Bryarfield Homeowners Association
