This Saturday, June 8th is our neighborhood yard sale. We will put up a few signs around the area, and I will post it social media where I can. Please share on your own social meeting, to help bring in more people to the neighborhood. I hope everyone has a safe & fun summer.

The date is not correct on the most recent newsletter mailed last week. It states the annual yard sale is June 10, 2024, the correct date is June 8th 2024. The neighborhood yard sale is typically the second Saturday in June, which last year in 2023 was the 10th. As a reminder, if you have not paid your annual HOA dues of $120 , please send it in ASAP. On the 15th of November, I will be sending out notices to the home owners that have not paid. Remember you can send a check or money order, please mail to PO Box 53, Mt.Washington Ky 40047. Also you can pay by credit card using Pay Pal, please add $5.00 to cover processing fees. Hello my Bryarfield neighbors, summer is coming to an end, and fall is around the corner. We will be having our annual HOA meeting on October 4th at 6:30 pm at the High Point located at 435 N. Bardstown Road Ste 10. The annual HOA fee of $120 is due by October 31, you can mail it to PObox 53, Mt. Washington Ky 40047 or pay with a card thru Pay Pal please add a $5.00 processing fee if you choose Pay Pal. We did mail a notice to each home about a month ago, this is just an additional reminder for you. Remember to have a good neighbor, you need to be a good neighbor:)

Bryarfield neighborhood annual yard-garage sale will be Saturday June 10th. Try to have your things set up early by 8:00 am, hopefully there will be good weather. We have signs that will be placed on the roadways leading into Bryarfield. We will also post the event on several social media sites, including FB & Nextdoor. I hope everyone is having a good & safe summer so far, it’s hot already & we need rain :) Let us know if you see anything around the neighborhood that needs attention. We have someone regularly cleaning up the entrance & the court circles, new landscape will be planted in the late fall. FYI, just a couple of updates on what’s been happening in Bryarfield. The stop/street signs and all other are almost complete. Due to health reasons, the guy doing the work will be delayed finishing them. Which includes the new updated entrance sign, and the No Outlet sign for Indigo Drive. A few of the Christmas decorations are up around the entrance, but the power plugs are not working so no lights for now :( Next week we have an electrician coming to check it out. The vote count that took place on 11/9/2022, to change the by-laws/restrictions concerning garages and sheds, has failed. Therefore the by-laws/restrictions are as is and there will be no changes to them. Please follow them! The count is as follows: 37 lot owners returned ballots out of 93 lots 64 total votes 29- yes for changes 27- no against changes 8- voided ballots This is well short of the 137 yes votes that were needed to pass the changes. Thanks to everyone that took time to vote. HOA Board ****** December 3@ 10 am we will have Light up Bryarfield. We will decorate the front entrance for Christmas. It's time for our annual meeting! We will be holding our annual HOA meeting on Thursday, October 17, 2019 at the Mount Washington Annex Building (186 Stoneledge Dr, Mt Washington, KY 40047). Sign-in will start at 6:30pm, and the meeting will begin promptly at 7:00pm. (Meeting should last less than an hour). We will send out another reminder via the nextdoor.com app and our neighborhood website. Attendance is usually poor, so we would love for as many of you to attend as possible (especially now that we have so many new families in our neighborhood - come say hello!)
