*We have met with the attorney who represents the neighborhood. The main topic was the change in the restrictions to add the ability to have sheds on your property. We have put together the basic guidelines for a shed. We were hoping the vote could be done before cold weather, but looks like it may be awhile. The attorney is working on the process, to be certain the “vote” will be done in the proper way. So hopefully it won’t be too much longer, weather permitting we are still planning on door to door in person vote.
*Have you noticed the new bright colored signs on the Stop sign post? On each post we added brightly colored 2 sided signs ” Children at Play”. It may help some drivers to slow down, as we all know we have an ongoing issue with speeding, especially on Barbara Sue. We plan on meeting with Mt Washington police and or the City to ask what can be done about the speeding.
*Another reminder to please pay your annual dues, they are to be paid every year by October 31st. There are still several home owners who have not paid. Notices have been sent out via the postal service. To avoid further legal action, if you have not paid please do so ASAP.
