As of today November 21, there are still several property owners that have not paid the annual $120. This fee is the same every year, due by October 31. Please send your payment ASAP, to avoid the $25 late fee, which will be added on December 1st, for those who still haven’t paid. Also, a reminder of the lien that will be placed on your property if not paid by January 1st. Which will be approximately $375 or more to release once it’s placed on the property. There will be a paper mailing going out to those who still have not paid by November 30.
