As a reminder, if you have not paid your annual HOA dues of $120 , please send it in ASAP. On the 15th of November, I will be sending out notices to the home owners that have not paid. Remember you can send a check or money order, please mail to PO Box 53, Mt.Washington Ky 40047. Also you can pay by credit card using Pay Pal, please add $5.00 to cover processing fees.
The main entrance to Bryarfield has gotten some much needed TLC. Old large overgrown bushes removed, new bushes, new plants, new rock have all been added, low maintenance in the future, and a new American flag, pole, and solar light, the area looks very beautiful !!
Also the circles on both Sammys & Bayberry courts have new plants, bushes and rock. We were told by homeowners on Bittersweet court that the circle was good and they didn’t want anything done to it other than trimming & clean up.But please if that changes send in an email let us know what needs to be done.
Future maintenance projects will include painting of the mailboxes possibly and the light poles, depends on the weather.
It’s always good to be informed as to how your neighborhood dollars are being spent. Bryarfield is a beautiful, peaceful place to call home. Let’s all do our part to keep our homes and property cleaned up, and by following the neighborhood restrictions/bylaws.
