Hello my Bryarfield neighbors, summer is coming to an end, and fall is around the corner. We will be having our annual HOA meeting on October 4th at 6:30 pm at the High Point located at 435 N. Bardstown Road Ste 10.
The annual HOA fee of $120 is due by October 31, you can mail it to PObox 53, Mt. Washington Ky 40047 or pay with a card thru Pay Pal please add a $5.00 processing fee if you choose Pay Pal.
We did mail a notice to each home about a month ago, this is just an additional reminder for you.
Remember to have a good neighbor, you need to be a good neighbor:)
