The vote count that took place on 11/9/2022, to change the by-laws/restrictions concerning garages and sheds, has failed. Therefore the by-laws/restrictions are as is and there will be no changes to them. Please follow them!
The count is as follows:
37 lot owners returned ballots out of 93 lots
64 total votes
29- yes for changes
27- no against changes
8- voided ballots
This is well short of the 137 yes votes that were needed to pass the changes.
